Mighty River Tour

*The Mighty River Tour is one that lets you board an exact duplicate of the Mark Twain Paddlewheel Steamship. You are quite thrilled and excited and also a little scared when you come to a part of the river that was known as "Dead Mans Land". This part is where a big fight battle had taken place during the great Civil War. Everyone aboard the great paddleboat was feeling the same at this point...weird. As we came around the bend to where hundreds of men had been killed on the banks of this part of the river where we were slowly cruising past. You could feel that death had happened there. It was the eeriest feeling we had ever experienced. The rest of the tour was ok, but that part where we had that feeling of death, was something no one on board would ever forget.
